Urban Hydrologics Digital Twin + Strategic Adaptation Framework

Urban Hydrologics has been shaping the future of digital twin technology for hydrologic climate adaptation. Our journey began with a 2014 white paper outlining a virtual-physical integration model for blue-green infrastructure. By 2019, we refined this framework and were invited to present it at an Australia-based conference, showcasing how decentralized blue-green infrastructure, NbS, and WSUD could feed real-time data into digital twin models. In 2021, at a startup accelerator in Singapore, we introduced the Urban Hydrologics Digital Twin Platform, integrating custom sensor networks for inland and coastal environments to monitor sea-level rise (SLR), storm surge, water quality, and stormwater flows. Today our Strategic Adaptation Framework for Tropical Watersheds leverages this cutting-edge technology to provide data driven consulting for watershed communities and livable cities that prioritize climate-tech investment. From 2021–2025 and beyond, we continue to deliver customized digital and consulting services to tropical island nations, coastal cities, and communities worldwide.
